This 2-day course will show you how to develop an IAM Plan in 3 months, including Maintenance Management and Condition Assessment.

Make the right decisions, adopt the right solutions at the right time for the right cost for the right reasons, initially for high level strategic infrastructure assets, and thereafter across the whole portfolio of infrastructure assets.

  • Condition Assessment and producing a graph showing remaining useful life and impairment
  • How to calculate RISK for various Assets
  • How to calculate DAFT costs
  • How to unbundle Assets
  • 10 Quick wins to produce an Asset Management Plan

This course is validated for 2 CPD credits with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa).

  • According to the ECSA requirements for online training, a compulsory online assessment must be completed.
  • The pass mark for the test is 75%.
